Have been using this garage for the last few years and never had any problems with them. Most recent visit they helped me out no end as was sold a very poor condition car. They solved my issues without any hesitation and actually helped me to calm down about the situation. Was very happy to leave with a road worthy car. Highly recommend.

I was a little skeptical visiting a new garage, but I had an emergency heavy puncture which I urgently needed fixing. Called them up out of hope that they could help and they got me in immediately! I even decided to ask for a second tyre that was needed while I was there, that I was due to get done soon due to their excellent help and honesty. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a last-minute MOT for my car and had trouble finding a garage that could accommodate me. They managed to fit me in and even offered a 10% discount for key workers.

I was recommended a mechanic years ago that sadly passed away since then. When I found out his wife still ran a garage I decided to take it there. I don’t usually need to find a mechanic as I have Motability cars. It was for my wife who’s car was sounding terrible. We took it in at 8:30 and they phoned my 11:15 to say it needed a new exhaust and we agreed to have it done. It was done by 13:15 and cost just over £130. Very impressed and with the MOT coming up they have now got a new customer. Highly recommended.

Really honest, told me that with the type of faults showing on my van my best option was to take it to main dealer rather than just attemp to fix themselves and charge me a fortune. Although unable to fix my problem i will definitely be using them in the future. Honest mechanics are hard to find.

You can expect fair pricing, excellent service and friendly staff. Always have been given a great priced and brilliant level of service/technical knowledge – thank you always guys, I can only highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing guys! Had a persistent fault that three garages could not fix but was tipped off about these guys and they nailed it first time.
Not a penny over the quoted amount despite it being far more work than I anticipated. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Just wanted to give credit where it’s due, for excellent service. I had a problem with my car recently which my usual garage/dealership was unable to deal with. I asked where they might recommend I take the car to have the fault investigated and they suggested JLE Autos in Gloucester. They were able to fit me in to look at the car at very short notice; no sooner had I arrived than they carried out diagnostics straightaway and reassured me that the “fault” was easily dealt with. I drove away with everything sorted and my mind at rest. I’d like to commend JLE Autos for their friendly and high quality customer service.
